Elwira Stadnik

I spent ten years running an extremely challenging tech company in Poland, then another eighteen years coaching and mentoring professionals — from CEOs and managers to people rebuilding their lives from nothing. I hold a diploma from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Then AI arrived. I started learning it and also observing it entering the world. I watched two things happen simultaneously: the technology became genuinely powerful, and the people who most needed it became most confused by it.

I wrote AI for Ordinary People — available on Amazon — because the gap between what AI can do and what most people think it can do for them is enormous. My work is to close that gap. Not with hype. Not with complexity. With clarity.

I work internationally — available worldwide remotely. I offer AI consulting, AI workflow audits, AI education, bespoke AI Agents projects, and speaking engagements — in English and Polish.

I work with a small number of clients at any time — so that I can do each project properly.
